"Sportsmanship is not a matter of acceptable behavior but of excellence of character. In the language of the classical tradition, sportsmanship is a virtue."

INNOVATION FROM GATORADE
In order to better serve the desire of many athletes, Gatorade will be removing high fructose corn syrup from both Gatorade Thirst Quencher and G2® over the next few months. By replacing HFCS with sucrose and dextrose [a blend of sucrose, glucose and fructose], we can offer improved taste and premium quality without affecting the performance athletes have come to expect from us for over 40 years. For more information and upcoming news on Gatorade’s latest scientific innovations, please visit www.gatorade.com.

QBR COACH PRO-FILE
I want to share my experiences at QBR and encourage any aspiring quarterback or receiver, as well as their parents, to seriously consider attending a QBR Camp.
15+ years ago, I was invited by a coaching colleague and friend to become an instructor at QBR Camp. Lo, these, "ahem," many years later, I'm still honing my coaching and inter-personal skills with QBR Camp. This "system" is consistent and simple!
ANY QB who wants to maximize his potential or correct flaws in their performance will benefit immensely from this intensive, fun, fundamental 4-day experience. As anyone who knows me, even casually, I am a big-time Penn State fan. I've been working PSU camps for 15+ yrs, as well, and the instruction is 2nd to none!
But, I would (and do) tell everyone: "QBR is the best camp for QB's! My QB's are strongly encouraged to attend QBR "by any means necessary." I look forward to meeting your son at QBR Camp.
I've been a coach and teacher for 17 years, having played in college at East Stroudsburg (PA) State University and view coaching as a natural extension of my role as "Educator."
That's what keeps me coming back to QBR Camp. I continue to get at least as much out of my QBR coaching experience as I impart to campers. Our QBR campers work closely with their group coaches from the moment they arrive until the last emotional good-bye at the end of camp. And our closing evening session the night before we break camp finds precious few dry eyes.
One of the special treats to coaching at QBR Camp is watching kids grow into young men who also are growing in their football acumen. From session to session, day by day, year by year, the QBR emphasis on both the technical aspects, as well as the intangibles, i.e., leadership on and off the field, grows the whole person.
That's why I keep coming back for my QBR "reunion" year after year.
Sincerely, Coach Norm Paul,
Trenton, (NJ) Central HS
"Congratulations on putting on a great camp! QBR Camp is without a doubt the best football-quarterback camp Brent Jr. has attended. The whole session was very well organized, and the instruction was outstanding.
A couple of coaches stayed late one evening to continue working with my son and his receiver, and then made an extra effort to reach out to us parents once QBR Camp had ended.
Brent made a big improvement in his mechanics and left camp as enthusiastic as ever to keep working. Can’t wait for next year!"
